New Sketch Blog

DSCN5869

DSCN5870 I found a new card sketch blog called Card Patterns and I made this card using their very first sketch.  I have another to share with you tomorrow.  It was a fun sketch to work with and I look forward to playing along in more sketches of theirs in the future!!  You can see the card that I made to apply to their Design Team here (and I made it!!!! Woo hoo!!!!).

You can't really see it - even in the close-up it's hard to spot, but there's a tiny little clear crystal in the center of the flower.  Also, let me tell you, I LOVE how the "LOVE" looks cut out, but it was VERY tedious - especially doing the heart and leaves - but the result was so worth it!!!

All Supplies SU! Unless Otherwise Noted

Ink:  Chocolate Chip
Accessories:  Paper Piercing Tool and Template, Clear adhesive-backed Crystal (?? from Michael's), Hobby Blade and cutting mat, Stampin' Sponges, Stampin' Dimensionals

Have YOU signed up for Stamps in the Mail?!?!?
