I have been wanting a Scor-Pal for a long time and finally decided to get one after seeing Mercy's post HERE today. I LOVE her card, and doing that "grid technique" would be so much easier with a Scor-Pal than doing it with one of the old SU! paper trimmer's using the scoring blade. You have to get your CS in there diagonally and hope that it's straight. I made THIS card that way. Well...I'm hoping that with my new Scor-Pal I will be able to make them much easier and more quickly. Oh, and INCLUDING shipping, I got mine for just under $45. They retail at $39.95 but THIS site has them for less. Granted, I don't pay tax in Delaware, but for anyone, unless you have a coupon to somewhere (I haven't found any) you probably won't get one for less. I'll give you a review once I get it. THISis the exact link to the Scor-Pal on the site and VERY IMPORTANT - it said it wast "TODAY'S" super deal, so if that's true - today is the only day to get it there that cheap, so don't wait!!!!
Hopefully in just a few minutes I'll get to go stamp and will have something to show you tomorrow!!!
Check out Mercy's card and let her know how gorgeous it is!!
***Please note that after switching from several different hosts before settling on Blogger, the formatting of my pictures may not be as it was originally intended. I simply don't have the time to go back through years of posts in order to fix the orientation of the pictures. Sometimes a picture just shows a box of text in its place, but clicking on it will allow you to see the picture. Others, there may be no picture at all. I apologize.***
Oooh, I just got a Scor-Pal for Christmas! I've only made one thing so far.. but I just know I love it!! I can't wait to see what you create with it!, I know you'll give me some great ideas! I'm so excited to try that grid technique, too! Why doesn't Stampin' Up! just sell everything? hehe!
