Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

To give myself some family time, Saturdays I will begin sharing a recipe. Today's recipe is based on my response in that name game for my favorite cookie. It is one that I make. Here is the recipe, and I'm a picky eater so I PROMISE that if I post the recipe on here, it's pretty much guaranteed that you'll like it :)

Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

1 Devil's Food cake mix
1/4 c light-brown sugar
1/3 c oil OR 1 stick butter (I usually use the butter)
2 eggs
1/3 c mini chocolate chips
1/2 c (don't be stingy) peanut butter chips

Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together cake mix, brown sugar, oil/butter, and eggs. Stir in chocolate and peanut butter chips. Drop dough balls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes (or to desired "chewiness"). Allow them to cool slightly so that you can remove them from the pan and allow them to finish cooling on a baker's rack. I enjoy eating them while they're still warm and the chips are still melted :) Enjoy!!!

ETA: I meant to save this post so all I had to do was publish in the morning. I did post it Friday night, but changed the date in the post options, so no, you're not crazy if you thought you saw this yesterday. ;)
