Featured Stamper Challenge

DSCN5051

Over at SCS this past Sunday they named this week's featured stamper.  It is Anne Ryan who is such a sweet person, and I was so happy to CASE one of her lovely creations.  Check out the  FS88 challenge thread HERE.  You can check out her SCS gallery of cards HERE.  You can see the card I chose to CASE HERE.

What are the rules to a Featured Stamper Challenge?  They are (cut and pasted):

1. Change 2 or more things on the card. It could be a color combo, embellishments, backgrounds, or even the main image could be different but similar because you don't own the exact image. List the changes in your description.

2. Give credit to the original stamper. Put a link to the original card in your description.

3. Fan Club members may upload today (Sunday). Non-Fan Club members are encouraged to play....please wait until Monday to upload your creations. Thanks!

4. Please note the following regarding Sketch Challenge cards: If you are keeping the same layout but changing most everything else on the featured stamper's card, make sure it isn't a sketch challenge card (SC##). The reason is because it is essentially is a CASE of the sketch since it isn't the featured stamper's original idea. Thanks!

Basically, here's what I did to make my card:

I decided to change the colors, obviously, use a different CB folder, use a metal edged tag with the paper removed for my frame, and to use the Scallop Edge punch along the bottom edge of the front of the card. I also didn't stamp on ribbon, I stamped directly onto the inside of the card at the bottom. I inked my main snowflake stamp in VersaMark prior to inking it in Baja Breeze that way I could emboss it with Iridescent Ice ep.

Don't forget that you can always click on smaller-sized images I post to see them up-close and personal.  :)

I would love to hear what you think!!!
