Swap Group Card #1

DSCN6915

I made this card for a monthly swap group I'm in where we were divided up into groups of 4-5 and we just mail the other gals in our SUFriends4Ever swap group a card that we made that month.  It's really easy - no themes, and you can just make an extra of whatever you're making and send it out.  Well, since I hardly stamp anymore with the husband deployed, I am not able to "just make an extra" so mine are actually made specifically for this swap.  Thank goodness it's only 4 that I have to make, so I can keep up with it.  This time I did 2 and 2.  Two ladies will get this card, and 2 will get the card that I am posting in my next post on Saturday.  To be honest - even though Baja Breeze is my favorite color ever, I like the other card better.  It's more summery - bright and cheerful.  :)

In case you hadn't noticed, the days I tend to post new posts on (unless something comes up that I just have to add in) are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.  It's working out pretty well for me so far, but I also will have to fill in Saturday with something other than my DT work for Card Patterns since my term is now up.  It will be interesting to see if I can squeeze in some extra stamping when it doesn't have a "deadline" attached!! ;)

  1. This is really pretty. I broke down and ordered another pack of this paper as part of my hoarding process this year. I will sorely miss Baja Breeze.
