So, this is the last card I have to show you from April's Stamps in the Mail kit. I really love using the Damask image to make a background, like I did in THIS card for my Great Swaps Girls swap. I used THIS sketch, from Splitcoast Stampers. It was SC224 and I think I really interpreted this in my own way this time. I kept the two horizontal elements by using two pieces of ribbon, but I did alter it in that they are in front of the panel that the background is stamped on. I just love that you can take a sketch and use it for inspiration, and sometimes you stick exactly to the sketch, and sometimes not. That's what they're for, right???
