Soon...

I hope to post soon.  I have a couple of cards that I haven't shown you - but neither were completed recently.  Unfortunately my me/crafting time has been nil.  Anyway - to update you on the big decision I recently made - with lots of thought and prayer, I decided to resign as a SU! demonstrator effective February 1st (my last round of Stamps in the Mail is in January).  It really is what will be best for my family and also myself.  I am very at peace with the decision.  It does mean that this blog may become obsolete at that point, or even before, but know that whatever happens, I have really enjoyed "meeting" all of you.  I wish that moving around in the military was more conducive to being a demonstrator.  If I could have just stayed in Texas, all would be well and fine, but that's not how it is.  So, again, thank you for everything and hopefully in the next couple of days I'll get something actually interesting up on my blog for you to see :)

  1. Marie, don't worry about this blog becoming obsolete. You can always post the things that you are able to make just for fun or maybe even things that you receive as gifts. Or turn it into an insiprational blog of musings from you. I love the way that you look at life and you have said many things to me that inspire me and help me get through the day to day rigamorle.(sp?)

I hope that all is well with you and I look forward to keeping in touch even if we don't share the same business. (I hate change like this)!!!!!!

    Love you girl.

  2. Marie ~ Sorry to hear you are giving up your SU demoship. I too am facing the big decision to do the same. The fledgling economy has hit my area big time and my customers simply can't spend on "luxury" items. Please stay in touch through your blog as I am sure we all want to see that which you have time to create. Wishing you well.

  9. Marie you may leave SU but you will never leave behind your wonderful talent, commaraderie or the awesome friends it seems you've made. Continue your blog and who knows what will come down the road. You don't need to be a demo to continue sharing your hopes, dreams and feelings and your beautiful projects. We'll continue to tune in. You will change and so will circumstances, so hang in there girl! Best of luck.
