Does this ring a bell?

A few weeks ago or so I remember reading a post somewhere in one of the blogs I subscribe to about a site that is good for color trends (and thus coming up with color combos).   I could have sworn it was on Nichole Heady's blog (Papertrey) but I can't find it anywhere.  I even though I bookmarked that specific post.  I'm hoping I wasn't the only one who was interested in browsing the site that was mentioned, so if you can help me find it I would be very grateful.  Thanks!!

    I think the one on Nichole's blog was pantone. Not positive, though.
